• Participation of Perm medical doctors in annual International Medical Conference in Louisville.

• Work of "Target Earth" volunteers in Perm orphanages.

• International Conference on Continuous Education with participation of American experts and USIA.

Great Britain

• Small Business Promotion: joint project of Oxford City Council and Perm City Administration, supported by Know - How Fund.

• Municipal Cleansing: joint project of Oxford City Council and Perm City Administration, supported by Know - How Fund.

• Youth exchanges between Perm Schools and colleges of Oxfordshire, Oxford Youth Council.

• Participation of Perm Young Ballet in "Noyes Fludde" Youth Production in Oxford, in the frame of Young Europeans EU programme.
